Video hours will soon become video storage. There will be a 90 day grace period if you already use video hours before this change takes place permanently.

Exceeding the free video limit
Uploads: You cannot upload a video that exceeds your video limit.
Live Stream: If your live stream exceeds your storage limit, it is saved in your Video Library.
You can increase your video limit by upgrading your site. Learn more about managing your site's storage.
Note:
Your video storage limit is per site. To increase the limit on more than one site, you'll need to upgrade each site individually.
