Wix Restaurants: Understanding Wix Analytics Reports

With Wix Analytics you can access reports for your Wix Restaurants site. Find out about your most popular dishes, your busiest times and days of the week, how many site visits turn into orders, and more.

Note:

These reports currently work with the old Wix Restaurants Online Ordering app only. If you have the new Wix Restaurants Online Orders (New), you can get data from the Sales Overview and e-commerce analytics reports.

How to access your Wix Restaurants reports:

Go to All Reports in your site's dashboard and scroll down to the Restaurants section.

Restaurant Conversion Funnel

Use this report to learn about visitor behavior, from starting a site session, to viewing your dishes, and through to checkout.

Use this report to:

• Find out how many site visits turn into orders.

• See where your visitors drop off before completing checkout.

Note: This report does not include data from the Spaces by Wix app.

Restaurant Conversion over Time

Discover trends in your restaurant's conversion funnel over time.

Use this report to:

• Find out how each step of the funnel converts over time.

• See how changes you make affect your restaurant conversion rates.

Popular Dishes

Your Popular Dishes report shows which dishes you customers like ordering the most.

Use this report to:

• Find out which dishes sell better than others.

• Identify the dishes that could perform better, so you can update them as necessary.

Restaurant Orders over Time

Use your Orders over Time report to compare order trends over different time periods.

Use this report to:

• View your orders over specific time periods, or compared to previous periods, to see if actions you've taken have impacted sales.

• Find out if your orders were from new or returning buyers, and if discount coupons were used.

Popular Order Times

Your Popular Order Times report shows you which times and which days of the week your restaurant gets the most orders.

Use this report to:

• View a heatmap of your most popular order times by time and day.

How do I save my favorite reports so that I can access them quickly?

On the All Reports page, click the Add to Saved reports icon  next to a specific report to add it to your saved reports. Your saved reports appear at the top of the page.

How do I change the type of graph in the report?

On the All Reports page, hover over a report to see the different views available. The graphs offered vary according to the type of report (e.g. tables, line charts, maps).

You could also switch between report views within a report by clicking the options at the top.
