Wix Forms: Upgrading Wix Forms

Without upgrading, you can create 4 forms for free. The Wix Forms features available to you depend on the Premium or Studio site plan you choose.

For example, taking payments through Wix Forms is only possible with plans that allow you to accept payments. Premium form fields such as the file upload field, signature field, and file download field are only available with select upgrades.
