Connecting Bankful as a Payment Provider for Cryptocurrency, Wallet and Credit Card Payments

Accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin), wallet and credit card payments from your customers using Bankful as your payment provider.

Using Bankful, you can also set up recurring payments for repeating services or subscriptions paid by credit/debit card.

Notes

Connecting Bankful as a payment provider

Whether you have an existing Bankful account, or wish to set up a new account, follow the steps below.

To connect Bankful:

1. Go to Accept Payments in your site's dashboard.
   Tip: Check your business location at the top right. If incorrect, click the drop-down menu to change it.

2. Click See More Payment Options.

3. Click Connect next to Bankful.

1. Depending on whether you are creating a new Bankful account or have an existing account, follow the instructions:

Have an account

1. Enter your Username and Password.

2. Click Connect.

Don't have an account

1. Click Create Bankful account.

2. Click Sign Up (on the Bankful site).

3. Fill in the registration form and click Continue.

4. Wait for an email from Bankful to get your credentials.

5. Return to the Accept Payments tab (repeat steps 1-4) and follow the steps under Have an account to connect your account.

Managing your Bankful payment methods

Once you've connected Bankful as your payment provider, you can enable or disable your payment methods (credit card, wallet and cryptocurrency) as you need them.

To manage your payment methods:

1. Go to Accept Payments in your site's dashboard.

2. Click Manage next to Bankful.

3. Use the toggles to enable or disable your Bankful payment methods.
   Tip: To accept cryptocurrency payments, you'll also need to enable Bitcoin payment processing in your Bankful account.

Can I connect Bankful only for cryptocurrency payments?

If you wish to use another payment provider for credit card transactions, you can connect Bankful as a payment provider for cryptocurrency transactions only. To do this, connect Bankful using the steps above, and enable only the Crypto by Bankful payment method toggle.

How can I tell if a payment method is active?

In order to accept online payments, you must connect a payment provider. For Bankful, follow the steps above to accept online payments. Once connected, you need to have your account successfully verified to receive payouts.

Is my currency supported?

Be aware that payments will fail If you are using an unsupported currency.

The currency used in your payment provider account must match the currency that you set in your Wix account. If you need to change the currency set in your provider account, please contact your payment provider.

What is a minimum payment amount?

Some payment providers have a minimum payment threshold (e.g. $1.01). Payments below this amount will not be processed.

Make sure that all of your products or services are priced over the minimum threshold. This includes discounted items or Pricing Plans.

Please contact your payment provider to get the most up-to-date information about their minimum payment threshold.

Can I offer recurring payments?

To offer recurring payments, you must connect a payment provider that supports recurring payments.

How do I get my payouts?

Payouts are managed by your payment provider. If your provider is a third-party provider, contact them directly.
