Wix Forms: Viewing Form Submissions from Your Dynamic Pages

Dynamic pages are pages on your site most often used when working with the CMS (Content Management System). They have the same layout and design but different content. For example, a 'Team Members' page could have the same design, but changing content based on the employee's name and information. Each 'version' of the page is called a dynamic page item.

If you've included a form on a dynamic page, (e.g. a Contact Me form) you can add a column to the form's submissions table in the dashboard to see which dynamic item the form was submitted on. Continuing with the 'Team Members' example, you can add a column to the submissions table to see which team member page a site visitor filled out a contact form for.

Important:

This feature is only available for old Wix Forms.

To view form submissions for your dynamic pages:

1. Go to Forms & Submissions in your site's dashboard.

2. Click View Submissions Table next to the relevant site form on your dynamic page.
   Note: Make sure you have published your site.

3. Click Hidden Fields to view all form fields that aren't automatically visible on the table.

4. Click the toggle next to your dynamic page to display it on the table. The form field name is the same as your dynamic page name and has a link icon  next to it.
   Note: The new column displays which item of the page collection the form was submitted on.
