Wix Bookings: Allowing Clients to Cancel or Reschedule Sessions
When you add a Wix Members Area to your site, clients can log in and make changes to their bookings.
On their personal My Bookings page, they can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option, so clients can make changes without taking up any of your time.
Important:
Clients cannot reschedule sessions paid for with different price options.
Notes:
To avoid last-minute cancellations, set a cancellation policy that includes cancellation and no-show fees.
Clients can also book, reschedule, or cancel attendance at their upcoming sessions using the Wix mobile member apps (Spaces, Fit, Branded, Dine)
When clients cancel sessions booked using pricing plans, the session is added back into their pricing plan allowance.
