Connecting a domain
Keeping the Free Wix URL
Your free Wix URL is in the format: siteprefix.wixsite.com/siteaddress. You can edit the site prefix and site address sections of the URL. Learn more about changing your free Wix URL.
By upgrading your site with a plan, you can connect a custom domain to your site, with a unique URL of your choice (e.g. mystunningwebsite.com).
Whether or not you decide to purchase a site plan, you are welcome to continue using the free Wix URL.
Note:
Even if you decide to purchase a site plan and connect a domain, your site is still accessible through your free Wix URL.
