Connecting Email Accounts from Different Email Providers for the Same Domain
It is not possible to connect email accounts from more than one email provider to the same domain. You can have numerous domain-based emails, but they must be purchased from the same email provider (e.g., only from Google Workspace, or only from GoDaddy).
If you've purchased a Google Workspace business email from Wix and from another provider, you'll have to choose one and cancel the other:
If you'd like to keep your external email (e.g., your GoDaddy email) you need to cancel your Google Workspace business email. Please make sure to connect your external email.
If you'd like to keep your Google Workspace business email, you need to cancel your external email. In order to do so, please contact the external provider directly. Please make sure to add the correct records for your Google Workspace business email.
