Once you've connected your account, you can customize how the app looks. Step 1 | Add the Dropbox Folder app to your site You can find the Dropbox Folder app in the Wix App Market. Go to the App Market in your editor to add it to your site, then connect it to an existing or new Dropbox account. Wix Editor Studio Editor Click Add Apps on the left side of the editor. Search for the Dropbox Folder in the search bar. Click Add to Site . Select the app in your editor and click Settings . Do one of the following:Click Connect Account and sign in to your Dropbox account. Click Create a new account: Sign up with Dropbox. Verify your email address. Click Allow to grant access to display your Dropbox folders. Tip: If a pop-up does not open, try turning off your pop-up blocker or updating your browser version. What can't be sold at a mobile POS: Digital products, dropshipping products, or product subscriptions Products set to be fulfilled by a custom fulfillment service Step 1 | Set up POS on the Wix app To use your mobile device as a POS, you must first download the Wix app . After the download, you can start accepting cash payments right away. It is often included with Wix site templates so it may be on your site without you realizing. If you do not want visitors to have the option to chat to you, you can delete Wix Chat. Deleting Wix Chat removes all chat elements completely from your site and your apps. This includes push notifications, chat visibility, new message display, chat form and members chat. You'll still have access to any previous chats from Wix Inbox in your site's dashboard. Not sure you want to delete Wix Chat? Keep it and make it work for you: Manage your chat status and hours , including instantly toggling between available and unavailable. Add FAQ buttons to your chatbox to address common questions. Add a pre-chat form to gather key visitor information whether you're online or offline. Deleting Wix Chat from your site To remove Wix Chat completely, all you need to do is delete the chatbox from your site's Editor. Chatboxes can have different designs but they generally appear at the bottom right of your site and look something like this: Or this: Wix Editor Studio Editor Select the chatbox in your editor. Press Delete on your keyboard. Click Publish to make the changes go live. Note: If you can't find it, it's possible that you set it to appear on specific pages only. Check each of your site's pages to see if it's there. Troubleshooting issues with deleting Wix Chat Here are the most common issues with deleting Wix Chat. Click an issue to see how to solve it. Unable to remove the chatbox from a page with no header and footer In the Wix Editor, it's possible to choose the No Header & Footer layout for a specific page on your site. When using this layout, you won't be able to access the chatbox from that page. Note: If you're using the Studio Editor, this issue does not occur. Removing the footer does not prevent you from accessing or removing the chatbot. To delete the chatbox from the page: Click Menus and Pages on the left side of the Editor. Click the relevant page. Click the More Actions icon . Select Settings . Open the Layouts tab. Select Standard . Select the chatbox in your editor and press Delete on your keyboard. Click Publish to make the changes go live. Tip: You can switch back to the No Header & Footer layout when you're done. Unable to remove the chatbox from your mobile site Deleting your chatbox from your desktop site deletes it from your mobile site as well. You cannot delete the chatbox from your mobile site only. Vote for the ability to remove chat from mobile only in this feature request . There's still chat buttons on your site that are visible If you're using the Wix Editor, you may have added chat buttons (shortcuts to your chatbox, often displaying Let's chat or Message us ) to your site. When Wix Chat has been deleted, these buttons won't function. Delete chat buttons no longer needed: Click the chat button in your editor. Press Delete on your keyboard.
