Using the HubSpot App

HubSpot is an all-in-one marketing and CRM platform that captures and tracks leads from your site. After adding the app, any leads from Wix Forms are automatically added to your HubSpot contact list so you can stay in touch. You can also create pop-up forms for your site and track visitor activity using HubSpot.

Track User Activity on Your Site

Once a visitor submits the contact form, they become a contact in your HubSpot account where you can track their activity on your site. You can see what pages they visited, how they got to your site and the contact details they've left.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account.

2. Click Contacts at the top left.

3. Click Contacts.

4. Click the relevant contact to access their record.

5. See all their activities under the Activity tab.

Tip:

• It can take a few minutes for new contacts to appear on HubSpot.

Track Leads from Your Form

Every time someone submits a contact form (created with Wix Forms), their details are automatically added to your contact list on HubSpot. Go to the Contacts section to view and manage them.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account.

2. Click Contacts at the top left.

3. Click Contacts.

4. Click the relevant contact to access their record.

5. Find the Form submission section in the Activity tab.

6. Click the navigation arrow next to Updated properties to see the details your contact has submitted.

Add a Pop-Up Signup Form to Your Site

Create a pop-up form using HubSpot that encourages visitors to subscribe to your updates. There are several types to choose from, all are fully customizable to your needs. You can control the form's design and content, add a thank you message, decide where to show it on your site and more.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account.

2. Click Marketing at the top left.

3. Click Forms in the drop-down menu.

4. Click Create a free form.

5. Click Pop-up Form.

6. Click Next at the top right.

7. Follow the steps to configure your pop-up form.

8. Click Publish at the top right.

9. Click Set it live in the pop-up to confirm. The form should now appear on your site.

Tip: Once a visitor subscribes using the pop-up form, they become a contact in your HubSpot account.
