You can also save files in any format online with Google Drive, set up meetings with integrated calendars, and collaborate in real-time on documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. FAQs Click a question below to learn more about business emails. How much does a business email cost? The cost of a business email depends on a few factors, including the Google Workspace plan you choose. Upgrading your site to a Premium or Studio site plan does not include a business email. Note: You do not need an active plan to purchase a business email. Does my business email work even if my site is not published at present? Yes, it still works even when your site is not published online. Your business email is connected to your domain, not your site. Can I transfer my business email out of Wix to another platform? If you want to move your business email out of Wix, you can only transfer it to Google Workspace. This action disconnects the Workspace business email from your Wix account. To do so, contact Wix Customer Care for assistance. This is an irreversible action. Once transferred to Google, you cannot repurchase the business email through Wix. Managing products and categoriesWix Stores: Adding Images, GIFs, and Videos to Products < Back Managing products and categories Wix Stores: Adding Images, GIFs, and Videos to Products Add images, GIFs, or videos to your products so customers can see exactly what they're purchasing. In this article, learn how to: Create effective product images Add images or GIFs Edit and crop images Add alt text to images Display different images for product options Add videos Creating effective product images Great product images can be the difference between making a sale or losing out on one. Since customers can't touch or try your product in person, your images, GIFs, and videos are the key to showing customers what you have to offer. Quality: Even your best products may not look enticing if the picture quality is poor. Make sure to create - or have a professional take - high quality images. Using a tripod and correct lighting can make a big difference. What to showcase: Customers love to see multiple images of a product on all sides. It's also helpful to show closeups, for example to show the stitching and material on an article of clothing. Make sure to also show your product in context. For example, not just a close up of earrings by themselves, but show how they look when worn. For many more helpful tips on how to create great product images, click here . Adding images or GIFs When creating your images, make sure you pay attention to image ratios (image width vs height). In addition, use crisp and clean images with high pixel resolution. Note: To make sure the images display correctly, follow these recommendations: Minimum pixel resolution: 3000 x 3000 pixels. Image ratios: 16:9, 3:2, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4, 2:3, 9:16 For viewing on a mobile device, the recommended image ratio is 1:1 (a square picture). The Classic Product Page layout supports all image ratios. Other layouts look best with wider images. To add images or GIFs to a product: Go to Products in your site's dashboard. Click to select a product. Click Add Images . Select images or GIFs from your Media Manager or click Upload Media to add images or GIFs from your computer. Click Add to Page . Editing and cropping images After you upload an image, you can use the Wix Photo Studio to edit and crop it, right in the Products tab. You can: Crop images Adjust the brightness, contrast, or saturation Create transparent images Change the background color Add text And more... To access the photo studio in Wix Stores: Go to Products in your site's dashboard. Click to select a product. Hover over the image you want to edit. Click the Edit icon . (Optional) Click the Copy to all images icon to apply the same text to all images. Click Done . Displaying different images for product options Help customers visualize each of your product options by displaying separate images of each one. Note: You can link images to each option, but not to each variant. To vote for this feature, click here . To link images, GIFs, and video to product options: Go to Products in your site's dashboard. Select a product with product options. Scroll down to the Product Options section and click Connect Images . • Wix Stores: Product Import Error Messages

Managing products and categoriesWix Stores: Product Import Error Messages < Back Managing products and categories Wix Stores: Product Import Error Messages When importing products from another store to your Wix store, you may encounter some error messages. Error message example Error messages generally have two parts. Let's look at this example: The text before the colon shows which column the error occurs in - in this case, the fieldType column. The text after the column explains what the problem is - here the error is that the text must be either "Product" or "Variant" and some other text was entered. Error messages and solutions Below is a list of possible error messages and how to correct them. Tip: Row 3 in the Template file indicates which columns are required. Variant must have same "handleid" as its product Edit the handleID so that each of a product's variants has the same handleId as the product. Must be either "in_stock", "out_of_stock", or a number If you track inventory, enter the number of the product or variant you have in stock (e.g. 100). If you do not track inventory, enter whether the item is InStock or OutOfStock. Incorrect option choice For product rows: If a product has options, list all options choices. For example, "small; medium; large". The choices must be separated by semi-colons and can be maximum 20 characters. For variant rows: For each variant row, you must enter the variant. This must correspond to the information entered in the product row. So for example, if you entered "small; large" and "blue; green" in the product row, enter "small;blue", "small;green" "large;blue" and "large;green" in each of the variant rows. For both products and variants: If you chose "COLOR" for the productOptionType, then in the productOptionDescription column, you must enter one of the following: 1. RGB + an RGB value + text description (e.g. RGB(94,162,38):green 2. A hexadecimal value + text description (e.g. #ffffff:white) If you chose "DROP_DOWN" for the productOptionType, then in the productOptionDescription column, you must enter a text description per option. The text description can be no more than 20 characters per option. What's next? After correcting all the errors, click Upload New CSV to upload the corrected file. Creating your Wix Restaurants menuWix Restaurants: Managing Dish Options < Back Creating your Wix Restaurants menu Wix Restaurants: Managing Dish Options Important: This article is about the original Wix Restaurants Menus App. Try out our new, improved menu app. Learn how to add and set up Wix Restaurants Menus (New) app . Allow your guests to add any options you want them to have. Let them add extras or remove ingredients they can't eat. Take a temperature for a steak order. Match the skill of your chefs with the individual tastes of your customers. You can offer these options for free or at an extra cost. If your prefer, you can keep your restaurant menu looking streamlined by only showing the options on your online ordering menu. Important: You can't use archived dishes as options for other menu items. Once you archive dishes, any other menu item tied to the archived dish won't be available. In this article, learn how to: Add options to your menu Hide options from your restaurant menu Adding options to your menu Let your menu be your waiter by giving the customer options. For a pizza dish, for instance, you might create an option called "Toppings" with choices such as mushrooms, pepperoni, and onions. To add dish options: Go to your dashboard. Click the Menus tab. Do one of the following: Edit a dish: Navigate to the dish you want to add options to. Click to edit it. Create a new dish: Click New Dish . Enter the dish details. In the Dish Options section, click New Option . In the Name field on the left, enter a name for this option (e.g. Toppings, Temperature, Hold the...). Under Type , select Selection , Extras , or Deselection . Under Choices , enter the first choice (e.g. Pineapple, Rare, Sauce) or select it from the list of existing choices. (Optional) Enter a price for the choice. (Optional) Click New Choice and repeat steps 7 - 8 to add additional options. Click Save . Note: If you add "single choice selection" dish options, the price displayed on the online ordering page will always follow this formula: "base price + cheapest single choice available". If you'd like to add a single choice dish option that will not increase the cost of the dish, then simply set it to $0.00. Note: If you add an additional set of options to a dish, only the first set of options are shown on your Menu page. Hiding the dish options from your restaurant menu If you added options to your dishes in Wix Restaurants, the options show both in the Menus and Online Ordering apps. You can hide the options from the Menus app if you have the New Menu Settings. The options still appear in the Online Ordering app so that your customers can select them. To hide the dish options from your menu: Go to the menu page in the Editor. Click Wix Restaurants Menus . Click Settings . Click the Settings tab.
