FAQs

We are here to help with all your questions. Click a question below to learn more.

Can I charge a no-show fee for courses?

If you mark a client as no-show, it will not trigger a no-show fee. You are able to remove the client from the entire course and charge a cancellation fee.

How do I update a participant's payment status manually?

If a participant pays in person for the session, you can update their payment status manually. Tap the relevant sessions, then tap the relevant participant and tap Paid in Person.

How does marking attendance work for group bookings?

When your client makes a group booking for a session, you mark attendance for the client but not their guests. For your site analytics, when you mark a no-show on a group booking, it counts all participants in the group.

Can clients pay for group bookings using a package?

Clients can pay for group bookings using their purchased packages. Each participant in a group booking uses up 1 session in the package.

For example, if a client buys a 10-session package and makes a group booking with 2 friends using their package, it counts as 3 sessions used. They then have 7 sessions remaining.

Can clients pay for group bookings using a membership?

Clients cannot use memberships to pay for group bookings, they can only pay for themselves using their membership. The rest of the participants in a group booking pay for their sessions in person.
