To view your program data: Dashboard Go to Referral Program in your site's dashboard. Scroll down to the Data section. Tip: Below the Data section, you'll see two tabs listing all referring customers and referred friends, and how they've participated in your program. FAQs Click a question below to learn more about managing your referral program. What happens to rewards that have already been redeemed if I make changes to the referral program? Any changes you make to your rewards will not apply to rewards that have already been redeemed by your customers. Where can my customers view their earned points and redeem reward coupons? Your customers can see how many points they've earned and redeem reward coupons on their My Rewards page on your site. Can I deactivate my referral program? You can't pause or deactivate your referral program, but you can do the following workaround. These steps ensure site visitors and members can't reach the page on your site, get program details, or receive rewards for referrals. Hide your Refer Friends page from your site menu. (If enabled) Disable all Encourage customers to refer their friends automated emails to stop automatically sharing program details. (Optional) Stop issuing rewards for referrals already in progress: Go to Referral Program in your site's dashboard. Click Manage Program . Set No reward under Referring customer reward and/or Referred friend reward in your dashboard. How do my customers use referral links? A unique referral link (URL) will be generated for each site member. This link is visible when a member visits the Refer Friends page on your site. The link can be shared/used multiple times. It can be easily shared via Facebook, X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Pinterest from the Refer Friends page, or copied to clipboard to be shared in another way. Will there be any reward for referring an existing site member to a site? No. Neither the referring customer nor the referred friend will be rewarded if an existing site member is referred to a site. Can I keep track of whether the rewards I'm giving have been used? Yes. If you're issuing coupons as rewards, you can view the status of every coupon issued. Go to Coupons in your site's dashboard. Click the Created with drop-down and select Referral Program . Can I change the appearance of my referral program pages on my site? Yes. Learn more about customizing your referral program pages . How do I change the currency of my referral program? Go to Settings in your site's dashboard. Click Language & region . Scroll down to Site currency . Click the Currency drop-down and select your currency. Click Save . Why didn’t my referred friend receive their reward from the referral program? If your referred friend is already a member of your site (signed up without using a referral link), neither you nor your friend will receive a referral reward. To make sure both of you get the reward, your friend needs to: Click the referral URL sent by you. Sign up to your site using that link. Why haven’t I received my reward for referring a friend? You’ll receive your referral reward after your friend signs up to your site and completes the required reward trigger action, such as placing an order or booking a session. If your friend has only signed up but hasn’t taken the set action yet, the reward won’t be given until they do. Can I see who referred a site member in my dashboard? At the moment, there isn’t a way to view who referred a specific site member to your site in the dashboard. This feature isn’t supported yet, but we’re always working to add more ways to help you manage and track referrals.
