It's not possible to invite participants to programs in progress with fixed start and end dates. Make sure to invite participants before these programs are set to start. How do participants join my program on mobile? Participants can join your site and access your program from a Wix mobile app. The exact flow depends on where the invite link was created and which app your site is connected to. If you copied the invite link from your site’s dashboard, participants usually open the program’s visitor page first. From there, they can continue to the relevant mobile app. If you send the invite from the Wix app, participants who open it on mobile are directed to the relevant mobile app. If they open it on desktop, they may see a web page that prompts them to install the app. Which app do participants use to join my program? The app participants use depends on your mobile app setup. If your site uses Spaces by Wix, participants are directed there. If Fit by Wix is set as your preferred member app, participants are directed to Fit by Wix instead. If your own native mobile app is live in the app stores, it becomes your preferred app automatically. Learn more about choosing your preferred app for your members. Why do participants need to log in again in the mobile app? Even if someone already created an account on your site in a browser, they may still need to sign up or log in when opening the mobile app for the first time. This happens because the mobile app has its own login flow. Their site membership, access, progress, and permissions still stay connected to the same site account. Can I export a file of all my participants? Yes. Click Export CSV in your participants list to get a CSV file with your participants' progress emailed to you. If you do not receive the email, go to Wix Automations in your site’s dashboard and make sure the Inform owners participant data is exported automation is enabled. If you want to change or review this automation, learn more about managing your automations . How many participants can I add to a program if I have a free site? Choose which Wix mobile app you want participants to use to access your program on the go. Learn more about the Wix mobile apps . How do I hide the total participants on my live site? In your editor, you can select the program list to access its display settings. There you can show or hide details about your program such as total participants, price, and more. What can I learn about my participants? Here is the information you can find about your participants by viewing their profile: If they have started your program: You can see which participants have begun your program and which haven't yet taken any lessons. The date they joined your program: You can view the exact date each participant joined your program. When they were last active: You can track when participants were last active in your program, providing insight into their engagement levels. A calendar that tracks their scheduled steps, completed steps, and/or missed steps: This handy calendar lets you see each participant's progress through your program, helping you identify those who need extra support or who are excelling. Feedback they've left for each step (if available): If your program allows for participant feedback, you can view their comments and suggestions. Why aren’t people automatically added to my program after purchasing a plan? If you connected a pricing plan to your program, but people are not being added automatically, make sure the Automatically add subscribers to these programs when they purchase this plan checkbox is selected. Go to Pricing Plans in your site's dashboard. Click the relevant plan to edit it. Scroll to the Benefits section. • Front Desk Agent: An Overview | Wix Expert

< Back AI tools Using AI agents Front Desk Agent: An Overview Important: Starting October 2026, the Front Desk Agent will no longer be supported. If you have the Front Desk Agent set up on your site, you can continue using it until then. You can keep receiving messages, replying to customers, and managing conversations in your Wix Inbox . The Front Desk Agent, Juno, is an AI-powered tool that proactively drives business success through customer interactions. Juno automatically prioritizes incoming messages, suggests on-brand responses, and offers actionable insights based on cross-channel communications. It also helps grow your business by enhancing and seeking opportunities for customer engagement. Increase engagement through recommended actions Juno continuously reviews your customers’ activity to spot moments where a simple action can make a difference. Instead of manually searching for uncollected revenue or inactive customers, you get clear recommendations on who to reach out to and how. For example, send a pay link to recover uncollected revenue or share a coupon to re-engage a past customer. By acting on these suggestions, you turn everyday interactions into chances to grow sales and improve the customer experience. Automatically prioritize messages by importance Let Juno focus your attention where it counts. Juno reviews every incoming message and flags high-priority conversations based on their context, your site information, and custom guidelines so you get to the issues that impact your business first. For every flagged conversation, Juno specifies why it was marked as high priority, so you know why it needs immediate attention. This works in addition to any manual priority you set in your Inbox. Conversations that match high-priority criteria are grouped under High priority while other priority levels are grouped under Other , so you can efficiently review conversations by order of importance. Deliver faster, on-brand replies with suggested responses Juno prepares instant, high-quality responses for every message you receive, tailored to your brand's tone of voice and style. Each suggestion is customized to fit the message type, so all you need to do is review and approve each reply before it's sent. Tip: Adjust Juno's communication style to keep your communication tone consistent. For example, choose a formal tone for emails or a more casual touch for friendly interactions over DMs. Turn conversations into actionable business insights By analyzing interactions across all your channels, Juno uncovers key patterns and delivers actionable recommendations to help you enhance business performance. Each insight is backed by real conversations, with examples for context, so you can take informed action to boost your business. What's next? This streamlines the process of creating sites, saving you time and providing your team with a great starting point to build sites efficiently. Can I edit a custom template? Click the More Actions icon on a template, then Edit template to make changes to it. When editing a template, you're making changes only to the template itself. It does not affect any site using the template or the original site you based it on.
