Wix Video: Viewing and Managing Your Subscribers' Information
When a site visitor purchases a pricing plan connected to your video channel, they become subscribers. This means that they pay a subscription fee that enables them to buy or rent your videos.
You can view your subscribers' information in Subscriptions in your site's dashboard. You can see what plan your subscribers are connected to, and the status of their subscription. You can also extend, suspend and cancel subscriptions from there.
Important:
Subscriber information can only be viewed for clients that are connected to a pricing plan. It is not possible to manage subscriptions or view subscriber information using the old subscription plan method.
To view subscriber information:
Go to Subscriptions in your site's dashboard.
Click the Arrow icon
next to the relevant plan to view more information.(Optional) Click Manage Subscriptions to extend, suspend, or cancel a subscription.
