If you don't assign a keyword to your search links, your audience can still search by the link title, which you can customize when setting up the link or anytime after. If I hide my search box on my link in bio page, can my audience still view my links? Search links can only be accessed through the search box. If you hide your search box from your link in bio page, the search links you added will not be searchable to your audience.
