Click the More Actions icon next to a section and select Optimize DOM order to turn it off. How can I select overlapping elements on my page? Tip: You can also press Ctrl + Shift + M to toggle through the elements on the page until you reach the correct one, and Ctrl + M to toggle backwards through the elements. There are 3 emails that are sent automatically to donors: Confirmation email: Sent to donors every time they make a donation. Recurring charge: If your donor has chosen to send you recurring donations, for example, $50 every month, then they receive an email every month when the donation is sent. Recurring donation canceled: If the recurring donation is canceled, the donor receives an email confirming the cancellation. Can I customize the emails my donors receive? Yes. You can customize the text and design of any of the emails sent automatically. To customize an email: Go to Automations in your site's dashboard. Select the App automations tab. Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant email. Select Edit . Use the available options to edit the automated email . Are there any fees associated with accepting donations through Wix Donations? While Wix Donations does not charge additional fees for setup or usage, you need to upgrade your site to a plan that supports payments and connect a payment provider . Standard payment processing fees from your payment provider (such as credit card transaction fees) will still apply. Make sure to review the fee structure of your chosen payment provider to understand any costs associated with processing donations. Is it possible to automatically send an invoice every time I receive a donation? You can set it up so an invoice is sent automatically each time a donation is paid online. These invoices have a balance of $0.00 because the donation has already been paid. Go to Checkout Settings in your site's dashboard. Enable the Automatically create invoices for every new order paid online toggle. What happens when donor chooses a recurring donation option (e.g. monthly donation)? After a customer selects a recurring donation option and completes checkout, a new order appears in your Orders tab, just as with one-time donations. Then, every subscription period, an additional order appears there. For example, if a donor visited your site on the 5th of June and decided to donate $50 every month, they are charged $50 that day and you see the order in the Orders tab. Then, on the 5th of every month, they are charged and an additional order appears there. The donor receives an email informing them that they were charged $50 for their donation to your cause. In addition, every recurring donation appears in Subscriptions in your site's dashboard. How do subscription renewals work? Renewals depend on the subscription frequency you choose. Here’s how they work for each option: Weekly: Renewal is on the same day of the week until it is cancelled. Monthly: Renewal is on the same date each month. If a subscription was created on the 31st, it will renew on the 30th in months without a 31st and on the 28th (or 29th) in February. Yearly: Renewal is on the same day each year. Can the donor cancel their recurring donation by themselves? Yes, absolutely. You can share the steps below with them which will show them how to do it. Go to the site (where you donated). Login to your account. Go to My Subscription . See your subscriptions and cancel if you wish. Where can I view analytics reports about my donations?
