How do I view my Google Ads with Wix invoices? All invoices for Wix services can be viewed in the Billing History page of your account. Invoices may include VAT, which is determined based on your billing country. About the Google Ads promotional credit How do I know if I'm eligible to receive this credit? You may be eligible for the promotional credit if you're new to Google advertising and have not run a Google Ads campaign previously. Google determines the offer amount and eligibility threshold based on your location and currency. Tip: Check your campaign dashboard for the specific promotional offer available to your site, and review Google’s terms and conditions . How long do I have to spend the ad credit after receiving it? The amount of time you have to use the promotional credit depends on the terms of your specific offer. Check the details shown in your campaign dashboard and Google’s terms and conditions . How is the ad credit applied to my account? Once you meet Google’s eligibility requirements for your specific offer, Google automatically applies the promotional credit to your campaign. You’ll receive an email and a dashboard notification when the credit is added. Does turning off auto-renewal of my subscription affect the credit? No. Turning off auto-renewal does not cancel your eligibility for the promotional credit, as long as you still meet Google’s promotional requirements. Why am I not seeing the credit immediately? Purchasing a Google Ads with Wix subscription does not apply the promotional credit immediately. Google applies the credit only after you meet the eligibility requirements for your specific offer. Note: Since the credit comes directly from Google, it may take a few days to appear after you meet the requirements. Clients can pay for group bookings using their purchased packages on both desktop and their member apps. Each participant in a group booking uses up 1 session in the package. For example, if a client buys a 10-session package and makes a group booking with 2 friends using their package, it counts as 3 sessions used. They then have 7 sessions remaining. You can make a group booking on behalf of your client on desktop or using the Wix app. When you book the client in, you can add guests to their booking and redeem all sessions from your client's package. Membership Plans: If you create a monthly plan with a 7-day free trial, clients can access your services for 7 days before they are charged. Packages: If you create a 5-session package that renews monthly and has a 7-day free trial, clients can use the sessions any time during the 5 weeks (a month + 7 days). Clients are charged after the 7-day period ends. Can the same client book multiple free trials? Clients can book the same plan again, but they do not receive another free trial period. • Multi-Currency: Overview | Wix Expert

< Back Managing your business Accepting payments on your site Multi-Currency: Overview Multi-currency allows you to offer customers the convenience of viewing prices and paying in their local currency. This means that customers can check out in a currency that is different from your main site currency. For example, your site's main currency is US dollars. You've enabled Multi-currency to offer product prices in Euros as well. With this feature, a customer can complete their purchase and pay in Euros—not just view the prices in that currency. Before you begin: Currently, Multi-currency is available for eligible sites with Wix Payments, and for sites using PayPal or Stripe as a third-party provider. Multi-currency is available for Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, and Wix Donations. Supported currencies and payment methods depend on the provider: Only payment methods that support your customer's currency appear at checkout. If a customer's local currency isn't supported or included in your currency converter, they will view prices and pay in your site's main currency at checkout. For Wix Payments transactions with Multi-currency, fees are based on your country and selected payment method. For example, in the US, these include a processing fee based on the payment method used (2.9% + 0.30 USD for Credit/ Debit Cards, (excl. American Express)), a currency conversion fee (1%), and a cross-border fee (1.5%, if applicable). To view fees specific to your country, see Wix Payments fees by country . If you use PayPal or Stripe as a third-party provider, check the provider's terms for their associated fees. Enhance the customer experience Offering multiple currencies enhances the shopping experience for your customers. Displaying prices in their local currency helps them clearly understand costs, while allowing payment in their currency makes the checkout process more convenient and trustworthy. Did you know? Allowing customers to view prices and pay in their local currency may boost your conversion rates by up to 20%. Increase international sales and conversions Attract and cater to customers in different markets by displaying and accepting payments in their local currency. Prices are converted automatically using current market exchange rates from the XE Currency Converter and updated daily. Offering prices and checkout in local currencies reduces barriers and improves the likelihood of completed purchases. At checkout, only payment methods that support Multi-currency are shown. For example, Klarna is only available for your site's main currency. For Multi-currency transactions with Wix Payments, processing, currency conversion, and cross-border fees apply (If applicable). If you use PayPal or Stripe as a third party provider, check with your provider for any additional conversion fees.
