Wixel: Logging in to Your Account

When you log in to your Wixel account, you can create and manage projects from your Wixel workspace.

Don't have a Wixel account?

Go to wix.com/wixel to create an account and get started on your first project.

Logging in to your Wixel account

To log in to your Wixel account, you'll need the current email address and password connected to your account. You can also log in using your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.

You need to use the same login method that you used when you initially signed up.

To log in to your Wixel account:

Desktop browser

Go to Wix.com/Wixel.
Click Log In at the top right.
Choose your login method:

Email and password

Enter the email address associated with your account.
Click Continue with Email.
Enter your password in the Password field.
Click Log In.

Tip: Forgot which email address you used? Click Forgot Email? and follow the instructions on screen to locate your account.

Social login (Google/Facebook/Apple)

Click the relevant social account.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Wixel app

Go to the Wixel app.
Tap Log in with your Wix account at the bottom.
Choose your login method:

Social login (Google/Apple/Facebook)

Tap the relevant social account.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Tap Log in with Email.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Tap Continue.
Enter your password.
Tap Log In.

I already have a Wix site. Can I use the same email address to sign in to Wixel?

Yes, you can. Just sign in to Wixel using your Wix account information and you’ll have access to your Wixel dashboard from the same account.

Can I change the email address associated with my Wixel account?

Yes, you can change the email address associated with your Wixel account from your Wix Account Settings. Make sure to use the new email address when logging in.

Note: Updating your account details is currently available on desktop only.

How do I enable or disable two-step verification?

You can enable or disable two-step verification from your Wix Account Settings. This adds an extra layer of security to your account.

How do I sign out of my Wixel account?

Click or tap (on your mobile browser) your profile picture at the top right and then select Sign Out.

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access to my account?

If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and enable two-step verification. Get in touch for further assistance.
