Wix Stores: Managing Product Returns with the ReturnGo App

Simplify the return process for both you and your customers by managing returns with the ReturnGo Returns and Exchanges app.

Adding the ReturnGo app to your site

You can add the ReturnGo app to your site from the Wix App Market. During setup, you'll run through the wizard to set up the most popular configuration. After, you can go into the settings and make any necessary customizations to suit your business needs.

Note:

You'll be required to purchase and app plan before you can customize and use it.

Dashboard

1. Go to the ReturnGo Returns & Exchanges app in the Wix App Market.

2. Click Add to Site.

   Note: This app isn't compatible with some newer stores. If the app isn't compatible with your store, you won't be able to add it.

Wix Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click Add Apps

   

   on the left side of the editor.

3. Search for the ReturnGo Returns & Exchanges app in the search bar then select the app.

4. Click Add to Site.

   Note: This app isn't compatible with some newer stores. If the app isn't compatible with your store, you won't be able to add it.

Studio Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click App Market

   

   on the left side of the editor.

3. Search for the ReturnGo Returns & Exchanges app in the search bar then select the app.

4. Click Add to Site.
