Wix Stores: Integrating with ShipStation

ShipStation - a third-party app that works together with Wix Stores - allows you to streamline the shipping process.

With ShipStation you can easily buy and print shipping labels and packing slips. Once that's done, you can paste the labels on packages and ship the packages with your choice of carrier. You can also let customers track the progress of their packages by sending them a tracking number.

ShipStation syncs with Wix Stores which means that your orders, including past orders, automatically appear in your ShipStation dashboard - no need to manually create an order and then copy and paste the order details each time you make a sale.

Integrating ShipStation with your Wix store

Before you begin:

Wix Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click Add Apps

   

   on the left side of the editor.

3. Search for the ShipStation app in the search bar.

4. Click Add to Site.

5. Click Agree & Add.

6. Do one of the following:

   • Log in to your existing ShipStation account:

     1. Click Login.

     2. Enter your email / username and password.

     3. Click Login.

   • Create a new ShipStation account:

     1. Fill in all the required fields.

     2. Click Start your free trial.

     3. Log in to ShipStation.

7. Click Connect to integrate your ShipStation account with your Wix store.

8. Click Allow and Install.

9. Click Orders at the top of the page to view your store orders.

   Tip: If you have more than one store, click Stores on the left and select the store you want to view.

Studio Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click App Market

   

   on the left side of the editor.

3. Click App Market.

4. Search for the ShipStation app in the search bar.

5. Click Add to Site.

6. Click Agree & Add.

7. Do one of the following:

   • Log in to your existing ShipStation account:

     1. Click Login.

     2. Enter your email / username and password.

     3. Click Login.

   • Create a new ShipStation account:

     1. Fill in all the required fields.

     2. Click Start your free trial.

     3. Log in to ShipStation.

8. Click Connect to integrate your ShipStation account with your Wix store.

9. Click Allow and Install.

10. Click Orders at the top of the page to view your store orders.

    Tip: If you have more than one store, click Stores on the left and select the store you want to view.

Harmony Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click + Add at the top left of the editor.

3. Click the Arrow icon

   

   to navigate to the Apps category.

4. Click Wix App Market at the bottom left.

   

5. Search for the ShipStation app, then select the app.

6. Click Add to Site.

7. Click Agree & Add.

8. Do one of the following:

   • Log in to your existing ShipStation account:

     1. Click Login.

     2. Enter your email / username and password.

     3. Click Login.

   • Create a new ShipStation account:

     1. Fill in all the required fields.

     2. Click Start your free trial.

     3. Log in to ShipStation.

9. Click Connect to integrate your ShipStation account with your Wix store.

10. Click Allow and Install.

11. Click Orders at the top of the page to view your store orders.

Dashboard

1. Go to the Wix App Market in your site's dashboard.

2. Search for the ShipStation app in the search bar.

3. Click Add to Site.

     3. Click Login.

   • Create a new ShipStation account:

     1. Fill in all the required fields.

6. Click Connect to integrate your ShipStation account with your Wix store.

What should I do after connecting?
