Wix Harmony Editor: Using WhatsApp on Your Site

Create an automated message that visitors can send as WhatsApp opens. Ultimately, your visitors can edit the message, but this is a great way to help them engage.

1. Click the Web address icon

2. Enter the following link and edit it to your needs: https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=<number>&text=<enter-your-message>.

3. Click Done.

Tips:

• The <number> should be your full phone number in international format. Omit any zeros, brackets, or dashes when adding the phone number.

• To add a space between words in your default message, use '%20'. For example, the link below starts a new WhatsApp conversation with the default message: "Hi, requesting a callback. Thanks."

Let visitors open a WhatsApp conversation with you, without a default message already typed in.

1. Click the More Options icon

   

   and select WhatsApp.

2. Enter the relevant phone number, including country and area code.

3. Click Done.
