FAQs
Click a question below to learn more about using the glass effect in Wix Harmony.
Why can't I see the Apply glass effect toggle?
Make sure you either selected the header or a box on your page. If you select a different element, the glass effect won't be available after clicking the Opacity icon

.
What is the difference between background opacity and intensity?
Background opacity changes how visible the header or box background is. Intensity changes the strength of the glass effect.
Does the glass effect work better with some backgrounds?
Yes. The glass effect is easier to notice when there is color, an image, or other content behind the box or header. If the background is plain or low contrast, the frosted look may appear more subtle. For a stronger effect, use a background with more contrast or visual detail.
Can I change the glass effect after I add it?
Yes. Select the header or box again at any time, then open the Opacity settings in the action bar to adjust the effect.
