Notes:

  • When downloading your primary logo, you get all the files included in the Logo plan you have. Learn more about what's included in each plan.

  • When downloading a secondary logo, you get a 500 x 500 px PNG file of your logo as designed. This means you don't get any variations of your secondary logo, like black and white files or files with a transparent background, for example.

No. You can create a logo and use it on your site for free. However, logo plans allow you to download your logo as high resolution files, and specific file formats for different sites and merchandise. Learn more about logo plans.

We recommend uploading a logo file with a ratio of 1:1 (square in shape).

We also recommend uploading your logo as a PNG or SVG file with a transparent background. SVG files (or vector files) are ideal for logos as they are infinitely scalable, meaning you don't have to compromise on quality or resolution. Learn more about supported file types and sizes.

When you add a logo to your site (uploaded or applied directly from the Logo Maker), the file is automatically saved in your Logo Media Manager. This media manager contains only your logo files.

If you want to access the regular Media Manager, click the Wix dropdown at the top left of the editor and select Media Manager.
