Viewing guest and order activity

The activity log shows what happened to a guest or an order. You can use it to confirm whether a guest received their ticket, or when and by whom they were checked in to an event.

There are two types of activity logs:

  • Guest activity: Follows one person. It shows the emails sent to them, their check-ins, their RSVP changes and any edits to their details.

  • Order activity: Follows one purchase. It shows the order’s confirmation and ticket emails, and manual actions such as recording a manual payment or resending a ticket.

For example, if an order includes several tickets, you’ll see one Order activity for the order and a separate Guest activity for each guest.

Note:

The activity log is only available for events created on or after August 20, 2026. Activity from before then is not included.
