Wix Events: Managing Ticket Orders
Manage all ticket orders for your event from the Orders tab. Whether you need to mark an order as paid, remove a cancelled order, or resend tickets, you can do it all in one place.
Managing ticket orders
Whether you're handling last-minute cancellations, confirming offline payments, or helping guests retrieve their tickets, all order-related tasks can be done from one central place.
To manage your orders:
Go to Events in your site's dashboard.
Click Manage next to the relevant event.
Click the Orders tab.
Manage your orders with the available options:
Mark an order as paid
Mark an order as paid once you have received payment from your guest (for offline payment).
Select the checkbox next to the relevant order(s).
Click Mark as Paid.
Click Mark as Paid to confirm.

Remove order
Remove an order if the guest is no longer attending and wants to cancel. If you've set set a limit on ticket orders, the limit is automatically adjusted when the order is removed, making the spot(s) available again.
Select the checkbox next to the relevant order(s).
Click Remove From List.
Click Remove Order to confirm.

Note: Orders are permanently removed and you will not be able to restore them.
Resend tickets
Resend all tickets associated with a specific order. If the order was for multiple guests, all guests receive another email with the ticket.
Hover over the relevant order and click View.
Click the More Actions drop-down at the top and select Resend Tickets.
Click Resend to confirm.

FAQs
Click a question below to learn more about managing ticket orders.
How can I filter by different ticket statuses?
Go to Events in your site's dashboard.
Click Manage next to the relevant event.
Click the Orders tab.
Click the Filter by drop-down and select the relevant option.

What does "Pending" or "Declined" mean on an order?
"Pending" means the guest has made an online payment, but the payment hasn't been fully received yet. If the status remains "Pending" for over 2 hours, it will change to "Declined," and the tickets will become available for others.
What does "Processing" mean on an order?
"Processing" indicates that the guest has completed the payment, and it is being processed by the payment provider. Once the payment is confirmed, the status will update automatically.
When is an order marked as "Not Paid"?
An order will be marked as "Not Paid" if:
The guest chose the Manual Payment method.
You added the guest manually (e.g. from your site's dashboard).
How can I remove just one ticket from an order with multiple tickets?
Go to Events in your site's dashboard.
Click Manage next to the relevant event.
Click the Guests tab.
Hover over the relevant guest and click View.
Click the More Actions drop-down and select Remove Guest.
Click Remove Guest to confirm.
Notes: Removing a guest cancels their individual ticket and puts it back on sale. Any other tickets in the same order remain reserved.
Where can I view removed orders?
Go to Events in your site's dashboard.
Click Manage next to the relevant event.
Click the Orders tab.
Click the Filter by drop-down and select Removed.
