Wix Bookings: Understanding Varied Pricing

Varied pricing allows you to charge for services based on different factors, giving you the flexibility to create custom pricing that suits your business, staff, and clients.

Important:

Clients cannot reschedule sessions paid for with varied pricing. You can vote for this feature here.

Offer different prices based on client or service

Set price points based on the individual booking the session or the type of service offered. For instance, you can provide special rates for adults, children, students, and seniors, or differentiate between beginner and advanced classes. This flexibility helps you reach a wider audience and encourages more bookings.

Offer different prices based on appointment duration

Customize prices according to the length of the appointment. For instance, charge more for a 90-minute session than a 60-minute session. The varied pricing helps you manage your time and resources efficiently, ensuring that longer appointments are priced accordingly.

For appointments with duration-based pricing, clients can't select a duration or price on the booking calendar page. The appointment uses the service's default duration and price instead.

Offer different prices based on the staff members for appointments

Create varied pricing options for appointments based on the staff member providing the service. This offers clients more flexible pricing choices and allows you to charge different rates that reflect each staff member's experience or specialization. As a result, your more experienced staff can focus on high-value clients while still accommodating a broader range of customers.
