Wix Bookings: Managing Your Members Using the Wix App

1. Tap Create a pay link.

2. Set up your pay link:

   • Link Name: Enter a name for your pay link.

   • Price: Enter the amount of money your pay link will charge your customer.

   • Tax group: Select the relevant tax group if you want to apply tax to this payment.

   • Description: Enter a description for your pay link. This should clearly summarize the reason for payment.

   • Add Item image: Upload an image that represents the item or service you’re charging for.

   • Set an expiration date: Enable the Set an expiration date toggle. Set a date when the link will expire and cannot be used.

   • Limit the number of payments: (Multi-payment only) Enable the Limit the number of payments toggle to set the number of times the link can be used before it expires.

   • Mark as shippable order: Select this option if the payment is for a physical item that will require shipping.

3. Tap Preview and Share.

1. Tap Book appointment.

2. Tap the service you want to book.

   • Select the Date of the session.

   • Select the Location of the service.

   • Select when the Session starts and the Duration.

   • Select the Staff Member in charge of the booking.

3. Tap Book.

1. Tap Sell plan.

2. Select a membership plan.

3. Tap Next.

4. Tap Collect Payment.

5. Choose how you want to process the payment:

   • Mark as paid: Tap to record that you have already received payment outside the Wix app.

   • Mark as unpaid: Tap to record the sale, but not collect payment yet.

   • Charge with card reader: Tap to accept payment via your connected card reader.

6. Tap Next.

7. Tap Confirm.

2. Tap the channel drop-down and select how you want to send your message:

   • Chat: Send a chat message to members. To use this option, you must have the Wix Chat app on your site.

   • Email: Send an email to members whose email addresses are saved in your contact list.

   • SMS: The SMS channel is available when you purchase a Business Phone Number and the member's number is saved in your contact list.

Tip: Explore all the available options when sending a message to your member using the Wix app.

You can perform a variety of actions from a member’s profile, including:

• Add notes or tasks

• Call the member

• Assign badges

• Edit their contact details

• Assign or reassign contacts

You can block a member to prevent them from accessing your member area or contacting your business.

To block a member in the Wix app:

1. Go to your site in the Wix app.

2. Tap Manage at the bottom.

3. Tap Customers & Leads and select Members.

4. Tap the relevant member to open their profile.

5. Tap More.

6. Tap Mute member to silence notifications and messages from this member, or tap Block member to prevent this member from accessing your site’s members area and features.

Yes, you can use the Wix app to invite contacts to become members. Members can book sessions, manage plans, and stay connected from their phones in the Wix member apps.
