Wix Bookings: Exporting Reports on Bookings and Staff from Your Booking Calendar
Get the reports you need to manage your business efficiently. You can export your bookings data in the .CSV file format. This allows you to open these reports using software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
For example, if you want to contact a group of clients who attended a session on a specific day, you can export a report from your booking calendar. The report gives you all the names and contact details for that time period in one place.
Exporting a report from your Booking Calendar
Exporting a report allows you to download booking and staff data for a selected period. This can help you analyze your business performance and manage your staff more effectively.

You can also export reports using the Payroll Calculator app to view more staff-related data, or from the Booking List page to see more details about booking activity.
To export a report:
Go to Booking Calendar in your site's dashboard.
Click Manage at the top of the page.
Select Export booking data.
Click the drop-down and choose the type of report you want to export:
Booking List
View data about the bookings you've received within a set date range, including:
Session date
Start time
Registration date
Client name
Client email
Client phone
Client adddress
Spots filled
Minutes
Service name
Service type
Staff name
Booking status
Attendance status
Payment status
Staff Hours
View data on staff members and the sessions they are running within a selected time period, including:
Staff name
Service name
Service type
Session date

Can I customize the fields included in the export?
No, you cannot customize the fields included in the export. The report will contain predefined fields relevant to the type of report you choose (Booking List or Staff Hours).
Why don’t I see any data in my exported report?
Booking data updated in the past hour may not appear. Check your date range and filters before exporting.
Why are my clients' personal details not appearing correctly?
Client details (name, email, phone number, and address) are sourced from the client's original contact information. This may cause discrepancies if the client provided different details on the booking form.
