Wix Bookings: Displaying Different Services on Different Pages

Display different types of services on separate pages by creating several service lists. Then choose which services you want to display in each list. This keeps your services organized and easier to book.

Other display options:

• Display a single service using the Featured Service widget.

• Add a standalone "Book Now" button.

Adding and setting up an additional service list

Categorize different services you offer by creating another service list page. This makes it easier for your clients to find and book the service they need.

To add another service list:

Wix Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click Add Elements

   

   on the left side of the editor.

3. Click Bookings.

4. Click Service List then select a Service List template.

1. Click the Service List element on your page.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click the Services tab.

4. Under How do you want to choose which services to display?, select the checkbox next to the relevant option: Choose by service category, Choose by service location, or Choose services directly.

5. Click to select the checkbox next to the relevant categories, locations, or services you want to display. The options you see depend on your choice in step 9 above.

1. Click Save.

2. Click Publish when you're ready to make your changes go live.

Studio Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click Add Elements

   

   on the left side of the editor.

3. Click Bookings.

4. Click Service List then select a Service List template.

3. Click the Services tab.

Wix Harmony Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click + Add at the top left of the editor.

3. Select the Bookings category.

4. Click Service List then select a Service List template.

5. Click the Service List element on your page.

6. Click the Settings icon

   

   on the action bar.

7. (In the Services tab) Under How do you want to choose which services to display?, select the checkbox next to the relevant option: Choose by service category, Choose by service location, or Choose services directly.

8. Click to select the checkbox next to the relevant categories, locations, or services you want to display. The options you see depend on your choice in step 7 above.

9. Click Publish when you're ready to make your changes go live.

To add a new service or edit the existing services you offer, go to Booking Services in your site's dashboard.

Setting up a page with services for site members only

Offer certain services for site members only. This is a great way to reward your regular clients.

To set up a page with services for site members only:

Wix Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Hide the Book Online page from your site's menu:

   1. Click Pages & Menu

      

      on the left side of the editor.

   2. Click Bookings Pages.

   3. Click the More Actions icon

      

      next to the Book Online page and select Settings.

   4. Enable the Hide from menu toggle.

1. Click Site Menu in the Site Pages and Menu panel.

2. Click + Add Menu Item at the bottom of the Site Pages and Menu panel and select New Page. Then select a preset page or a blank page for displaying your members only services.

3. Add a Service List (see adding and setting up an additional service list).

4. Click the Service List widget on your page.

5. Click Settings.

6. Click the Services tab.

7. Select only the services that you are reserving for site members.

8. Set the page permissions to Members Only:

   1. Click Pages & Menu

      

      on the left side of the editor.

   2. Click the More Actions icon

      

      next to the new page.

   3. Click Settings.

   4. Click the Permissions tab.

   5. Select Members Only.

   6. Select Only selected members or paying customers.

   7. Select which Member Roles and Pricing Plans gain access to the new page.

1. Click Save.

2. Click Publish when you're ready to make your changes go live.

Studio Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Hide the Book Online page from your site's menu.

3. Add a new page for your members-only page:

   1. Click Pages

      

      on the left side of the Editor.

   2. Click + Add New Page at the bottom.

   3. Click Add under Page.

   4. Enter a name for your new page and press Enter on your keyboard.

4. Set the new page permissions:

   1. Hover over your new page in the Site Pages panel and click the More Actions icon

   2. Select Settings.

   3. Click the Permissions tab at the top.

   4. Select Members only.

   5. Select Only selected members or paying customers.

   6. Select which Member Roles and Pricing Plans gain access to the new page.

Wix Harmony Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Hide the Book Online page from your site's menu:

   1. Select the relevant menu in the editor.

   2. Click Manage Menu on the action bar.

   3. Hover over the Book Online page and click the More Actions icon

   4. Click Remove from menu.

3. Add a new page for your members-only page:

   1. Click the Page dropdown at the top left of the page.

   2. (In the Site Pages panel) Click + Add Page at the bottom.

   3. Select the type of page to add.

   4. Enter a name for your new page and press Enter on your keyboard.

4. Set the new page permissions:

   1. Click the Page dropdown at the top left of the page.

   2. Click the More Actions icon

      

      next to this page and select Settings.

   3. Click the Access drop-down on the right and click Manage Access.

   4. Select Members.

   5. Select All site members or Members with roles, plans or badges.

   6. Select which Members with roles and Members with plans gain access to the new page.

   7. Click Save.

5. Add a service list to the new page:

   1. Add a Service List (see adding and setting up an additional service list).

   2. Click the Service List widget on your page.

   3. Click the Settings icon

      

      on the action bar.

   4. (In the Services tab) Select only the services that you are reserving for site members.

6. Click Publish when you're ready to make your changes go live.
