Wix Bookings: Customizing Your Daily Agenda

Design your daily agenda to suit your brand and make it easy for your clients to find the information they need. You can customize elements like the layout, text, and buttons.

Before you begin:

If you haven't already, add and set up the daily agenda element in your editor.

Adjusting the layout of the daily agenda

Adjust the layout of your daily agenda to suit your clients' needs. Set the alignment for the main elements in the agenda and adjust the amount of padding between them.

Wix Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click the Daily Agenda element.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click the Layout tab.

5. Customize the layout using the options below:

   • General layout: Select how you want to display your daily agenda:

     • List: Displays each session in a row with a smaller image beside the session details.

     • Overlay: Displays each session over a larger image background for a more visual layout.

   • Header layout: Adjust the padding around the header.

   • Day layout: Adjust the spacing for the day sections.

   • Item layout: Customize how individual sessions display. In the List layout, you can adjust the alignment. In Overlay layout, you can adjust the alignment, item height, and padding.

   • Image (List layout): Set the size of images in session items.

Studio Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click the Daily Agenda element.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click the Layout tab.

Designing the daily agenda

Make sure the daily agenda is easy to read and fits your brand by customizing its background and design. You can adjust the background color or image, add a border, and more.

Customizing the daily agenda text content

You can edit the text that appears throughout your daily agenda. This is useful if you have specific ways to describe your services, staff, or availability. You can also choose what call-to-action you put on your book and waitlist buttons.

2. Click the Daily Agenda element.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click the Text tab.

5. Edit the available text fields for the header, filters, table slots, and button labels and status messages.

Studio Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click the Daily Agenda element.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click the Text tab.

5. Edit the available text fields for the header, filters, table slots, and button labels and status messages.

Harmony Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click the Daily Agenda element.

3. Click Edit Text on the action bar.

4. Select an option from the Choose an element to edit its text dropdown, then edit the relevant text fields. For example, under Header you can update the Title, Service filter, Staff filter, and Location Filter.
