Turning the Auto Renewal Off for a Wix Premium Subscription

To prevent any disruption of service to your site, subscriptions for Wix services are set to renew automatically at the end of the subscription period. To prevent a subscription from renewing, you can turn the auto-renewal function off.

Select a service below to learn more:

Premium or Studio site plan

Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant plan.
Click Cancel Plan.
Click Cancel Now in the pop-up to confirm.
Note: This does not cancel your plan immediately. Instead, your plan will end when your subscription expires.

Domain

Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant domain.
Click Cancel domain.
Select Cancel auto renew and click Submit.

Business email

Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant business email.
Click Cancel subscription.
Select the I still want to cancel checkbox and click Cancel mailbox.

Premium App

Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant app.
Click Cancel App.
Select Cancel auto renew and click Cancel now.

Changed your mind?

You can simply turn auto-renew back on again before the end of the subscription period.
