Pricing Plans: Customizing the My Subscriptions Page on Your Site

When you add Pricing Plans to your site, a My Subscriptions page is automatically created in your members area. Clients can log in to track their plan's status, see when it's set to expire, or cancel a plan (if cancellation is enabled).

You can customize the My Subscriptions page including its name and how it appears in your navigation.

Customizing the My Subscriptions page

Adjust the colors, fonts and overall design of the My Subscriptions page to match the look of your site. You can also personalize the content appearing on this page, for example, the message your members see before purchasing any plans:

To customize the My Subscriptions page settings:

Wix Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click Pages & Menu

   

   on the left side of the editor.

3. Click Members Area.

4. Click the My Subscriptions page.

5. Click the My Subscriptions element on your page.

6. Click Settings.

7. Click the relevant tab to customize the page design and text:

   • Design: Choose colors and fonts for the page, including its text, background and dividers.

   • Text: Customize the text members see on this page, such as the page title.

Studio Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click Pages

   

   on the left side of the editor.

3. Click My Subscriptions under Members Area.

4. Click the PageApp element on your page.

5. Click Settings.

6. Click the relevant tab to customize the page design and text:

   • Design: Choose colors and fonts for the page, including its text, background and dividers.

   • Text: Customize the text members see on this page, such as the page title.

Wix Harmony Editor

1. Go to your editor.

2. Click the Page dropdown at the top left of the page.

3. (In the Site Pages panel) Select the My Subscriptions page under Members Area.

   Tip: Go to the page you need by clicking the dropdown next to Site Pages and selecting Members Area.

4. Click the My Subscriptions element on your page.

5. Click the Settings icon

   

   on the action bar.

6. Click the relevant tab to customize the page design and text:

   • Design: Choose colors and fonts for the page, including its text, links, background and dividers.

   • Text: Customize the text members see on this page, such as the page title.

• Create a custom signup form for your members area.

• Customize the different parts of your members area.

Allowing clients to cancel subscriptions

You can let clients cancel subscriptions on their own by enabling cancellation. When enabled, clients see a Cancel Subscription link.

To allow clients to cancel a subscription:

1. Go to Pricing Plans in your site's dashboard.

2. Create a new plan or edit an existing one.

3. Scroll down to the Settings section.

4. Enable the Allow plan cancellation toggle.

5. Click Save to save the plan.

6. (Optional) Repeat steps 2 - 5 for any other plans in which you want to enable cancellation.

Refunding clients:

• Canceling a plan does not trigger a refund.

• One-time payment: To issue a refund, contact your payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, etc.)

• Recurring payment: When a client cancels a recurring payment, such as a monthly payment, the purchased plan and payment does not continue for the next cycle (e.g. for the next month).
