Keep your contact details up to date by confirming your email address. Making sure your email address is correct helps avoid login issues and ensures that we're sending important updates and notifications to the right person.

When you create a Wix account as a new user, you'll receive an email confirmation request automatically.
Confirming your email address
Send a confirmation email to your email address from the Account Settings page.
To confirm your email address:
Go to Account Settings in your Wix account.
Click Confirm your email in the Login info section.
Open the confirmation email we send you titled Confirm your email address.
Note: This email is sent from wix-team@notifications.wix.com
Click Confirm Email.

How long do I have to confirm my email address?
You should confirm your email address within 24 hours of receiving your verification email. After 24 hours you'll receive reminder notifications in your Wix account. You can resend the confirmation email from this notification.
I can't find my confirmation email, where is it?
If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. You can also try searching for emails from wix-team@notifications.wix.com or for the following email subject: Confirm your email address
If you still can't find your confirmation email, double check to make sure that the email address connected to your Wix account is correct. Check for typos, and make sure that you're logged in to the right inbox for your confirmation email.
Can I change the email address connected to my Wix account?
Yes, you can change the email address of your Wix account whenever you need to.
