You can charge for shipping separately or you might want to increase the product price so that it covers the shipping cost and then offer free shipping - the choice is yours. If you prefer to charge different shipping rates for your Printful products than for other products, you can set that up using delivery profiles . Read Printful's recommendations on how to configure shipping for Wix Stores Learn most about Printful's worldwide delivery times Step 4 | Add a billing method in Printful After a customer pays for a purchase of a Printful product, (or when you mark an order as "Paid"), the next step is to pay Printful so they can fulfill the order. You can handle payments to Printful in a number of ways. Automatically charging your billing method for each order You can save one or more credit cards and/or PayPal as billing methods. Each order that comes in is automatically billed. The advantage of this method is that it happens automatically, without you having to take any action after setup. The disadvantage is that you may prefer not to have each order billed separately in your billing method, if you have a high volume of orders. To set up automatic payment, add a billing method in the Printful dashboard. Learn more about the Printful Wallet Manually depositing to your Printful wallet If you prefer not to have your billing method charged for each order that comes in, you can manually deposit funds into the wallet. Printful then withdraws funds from the wallet for each order. As you make more sales and the funds draw down, you will eventually need to deposit funds into the wallet. To get started, add the first sum to your wallet. Automatic deposits to your Printful wallet After manually depositing to your Printful Wallet and saving your billing method for future orders, you can make sure your wallet doesn't run out of funds by setting up auto recharge. You set how much you want to add to your wallet (e.g. $200). When an order comes in that can't be paid with the money left in the wallet, the amount you set is charged (in this case $200). This method has the advantage of being automatic so each order is paid for as soon as it comes it, but without charging each order separately. This ensures the data from Wix gets to the right place on Salesforce. For example, if your trigger is a new store order, you will need to match the customer's data to the relevant entity fields in Salesforce. To map data from the trigger to Salesforce: Scroll down to Action and select Update Salesforce . Select the relevant entity from the Select which entity to update in Salesforce drop-down. Click Map Fields . Choose the relevant pieces of Wix data under Data from trigger , so the right Salesforce fields get updated. Click Save . FAQs Click a question below to learn more about the Wix Studio for enterprise Salesforce integration. I can't connect to Salesforce with Single Sign-On (SSO), how do I resolve this issue? Do Salesforce automations count towards my automations quota? Yes, this automation counts towards your automations quota. What is a Salesforce entity? A Salesforce entity is a contact, lead, account or order, whose data fields you can update (e.g. first name, last name, email address). What is a Salesforce required field? These are the fields you must map when updating your records. The required fields are based on each of your Salesforce entities. Why can't I see some of my Salesforce fields while mapping them? There are a number of reasons why your Salesforce fields might not be showing in Wix: Read-only fields: If you set a Salesforce field to read-only, it cannot be updated through the automation. Wix will only show the Salesforce fields that can be updated. New fields: It may take some time for your newly created Salesforce fields to appear. Please allow up to 24 hours these fields to appear in Wix. What happens if I delete a field in my Wix Form being mapped to Salesforce? The automation stays active and data will continue to be transferred to Salesforce – just without the field you deleted. Having said that, any previous data from the deleted field will still appear on Salesforce. What happens if I rename a field in the Wix form mapped to Salesforce? Renaming a field does not impact the automation, as the mapping is based on the ID of the field, not its name. How do I disconnect the Salesforce integration? You can disconnect the Salesforce integration at any time, which also disables any automations that send data to Salesforce. To disconnect the Salesforce integration: Go to Manage Apps in the relevant site's dashboard. Click Salesforce . Click Disconnect at the top. Click Disconnect to confirm. • Wix Apps: Deleting Apps from Your Site | Wix Expert

< Back Managing your business Business solutions & apps Wix Apps: Deleting Apps from Your Site Apps are an essential part of your Wix site. They add features, enhance your visitors' experience, and help you manage your business seamlessly behind the scenes. However, not all apps work the same way. Wix apps are grouped into three main categories, each serving a specific purpose. Each app type has its own deletion method, making it easy to manage the tools you no longer need. Full-page apps : Apps that add dedicated pages to your site, like Wix Stores or Wix Blog. Apps added directly to your editor : Apps that are customized and placed on your site through the editor, such as the Instagram Feed app. Dashboard-only apps : Tools that operate exclusively within your site’s dashboard, for example, automation or analytics apps. Before you begin: If you purchased a subscription for the app, make sure to cancel your app subscription . Deleting a full page app When you add certain apps to your site, such as Wix Stores, Wix Blog, or Wix Bookings, a new site page is added. You can delete these apps directly from your editor, ensuring the app and its pages are fully removed from your site. Important: When you delete a full-page app and publish your site, all related features, including widgets, connected pages, member areas, data collections, and dashboard tools, are permanently removed. To delete a full page app: Wix Editor Go to your editor . Click My Business on the left side of your editor. Select the app you want to delete. Click the More Actions icon next to the app you want to delete. Click Delete App . Click Delete App to confirm. Studio Editor Go to your editor . Click My Business on the left side of your editor. Select the app you want to delete. Click the More Actions icon next to the app you want to delete. Click Delete App . Click Delete App to confirm. Wix Harmony Editor Go to your editor . Click + Add at the top left of the editor. Click the Arrow icon to navigate to the Apps category. Click Manage Apps at the bottom. Click the app you want to delete. Click Delete app . Deleting an app added to a page in your editor Some apps can be placed on different site pages and can be moved. They do not take up an entire page. To delete these types of apps, you can just remove them from your page. Note: Some app widgets are considered essential to an app's functionality. Deleting them removes the entire app from your site. For example, deleting the event list widget uninstalls Wix Events, as the widget is required to display events on your site. A pop-up appears to confirm the deletion process. To delete an app added to a page in your editor: Go to your editor . Click the app in your editor. Click Delete on your keyboard or right click and select Delete . Note: If you added the same app multiple times, you need to remove each one separately. Publish your site to save the changes and to remove any related tabs from your dashboard. Deleting an app added only to your site's dashboard Some apps work behind the scenes to support your site. These apps operate entirely from your site’s dashboard, providing tools like analytics, automations, or payment processing. To delete a dashboard app: Go to Manage Apps in your site's dashboard. Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant app. Click Delete . Click the Why are you deleting this app? drop-down and select a reason from the options available. (Optional) Enter more information about your reason to delete the app. Click Delete App . FAQs Click a question below to learn more about deleting apps. Can I restore an app once I've deleted it? Yes. You can re-add the app from the Wix App Market and set it up again. You may need to recreate deleted content, such as, widgets and data collections. Note: Deleting an app may result in the loss of important data, such as store inventory or appointment bookings. To avoid this, export or back up any important information before proceeding. What happens to my subscription when I delete an app? Deleting an app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel it first to avoid future charges. Learn how to cancel an app subscription . What if I delete an essential widget by mistake? If you delete an essential widget that triggers the removal of the app, you’ll see a pop-up confirming the action. If you confirm, the app will be removed, along with its functionality. When this happens you need to install the app again from the Wix app Market . Will deleting an app affect my site’s live functionality? Yes. Deleting certain apps can impact features visible to your visitors. For example: deleting Wix Stores removes your store pages and prevents customers from making purchases, which can significantly impact your sales. What should I consider before deleting an app? Always delete apps with care. To help avoid any unwanted changes, we recommend following these precautions: Evaluate the impact on your site: Before deleting an app, think about how it affects your site’s functionality and visitors. For example, removing Wix Stores will disable online purchases, which may disrupt your business operations. Test the impact: For apps like Wix Stores or Wix Events, consider temporarily hiding the app widgets or pages instead of fully deleting them. This gives you an opportunity to assess how it affects your site without committing to complete removal. • Wix Stores: Promoting Your Facebook Shop Using Dynamic Ads | Wix Expert

< Back Managing your business Business solutions & apps Wix Stores: Promoting Your Facebook Shop Using Dynamic Ads Use dynamic ads to promote your shop effectively. Dynamic ads allow you to display the right ad to the right person at the right time so you can drive customers to your Facebook shop. Who sees dynamic ads? Dynamic ads are paid Facebook promotions that can be displayed to those who already interacted with your shop. This includes, for example, customers who viewed products on your website, mobile place, or in your Facebook shop. Alternatively, you can target your dynamic ads to a broader audience of potential customers who have not yet seen your products. Why are these ads called dynamic? When you create dynamic ads, you create a template of how you want your ad set up. Then, when ads are actually sent out to specific people, the ad is customized based on such things as cookies, tracking data, and more. This way, for instance, a shopper who is looking online at chairs may be shown an ad with chairs from your furniture shop. Where are the ads displayed? Dynamic ads appear in Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, and Messenger. How do I set up a dynamic ad? You can set up dynamic ads in your Facebook Ads Manager.
