What to Include in a Support Request

To help us troubleshoot quickly, please include:

• Your Wix site name.

• The WhatsApp number configured in the app settings.

• Whether the WhatsApp number is verified in the Form2Traffic dashboard.

• The approximate time when a form was submitted.

• Whether the form submission appears in your Wix dashboard.

• A screenshot of any error message, if available.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

Common Checks

If WhatsApp alerts are not arriving:

• Confirm that the app is installed on the correct Wix site.

• Open the Form2Traffic dashboard and confirm the WhatsApp number is correct.

• Click Save number after changing the number.

• Click Send verification code and complete Verify number.

• Confirm the dashboard shows the number as verified.

• Submit a new Wix form after the number is verified.

• Confirm that your WhatsApp number can receive messages.
