This Privacy Policy explains how Graphic2Traffic ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when a Wix site owner installs and uses Form2Traffic (the "App").

The App sends Wix form submission alerts to the WhatsApp number configured by the Wix site owner.

Information We Process

When the App is installed or used, we may process:

• Wix site instance ID and app installation information.

• The WhatsApp number entered by the Wix site owner in the App settings, including verification status and verification timestamps.

• Wix form submission content, including field names and field values submitted through Wix forms.

• Basic technical logs needed to operate, debug, and secure the App, including delivery, verification, usage limit, and duplicate-protection events.

The App does not intentionally collect payment card data, passwords, sensitive account credentials, or uploaded files from Wix site visitors. File upload and attachment fields are skipped when alerts are prepared.

How We Use Information

We use the information only to:

• Send Wix form submission alerts to the WhatsApp number configured and verified by the site owner.

• Save and load the site owner's App settings.

• Operate, monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

• Respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to provide its functionality:

• Wix, to receive form submission events and retrieve form submission details.

• Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, to send WhatsApp messages.

• Render, to host the App backend and database.

These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Site Owner Responsibilities

The Wix site owner is responsible for:

• Telling site visitors that form submissions may be sent to the site owner's WhatsApp number.

• Obtaining any required consent from site visitors.

• Using the App in compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, messaging, and data protection laws.

• Ensuring the configured WhatsApp number belongs to the site owner or an authorized recipient.

Data Retention

The App stores the configured WhatsApp number, verification state, Wix site instance ID, usage counters, and duplicate-protection records for as long as the App remains installed or as needed to provide the service.

Form submission content is processed to send the WhatsApp alert. Technical logs may temporarily include form submission content for troubleshooting and security. Logs are retained only as needed for operation, debugging, and compliance.

Data Deletion

Site owners may request deletion of their App settings and related stored data by contacting us.

If the App is uninstalled, we may delete or anonymize related settings unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where the site owner or site visitor is located. By using the App, the site owner acknowledges that information may be transferred and processed internationally.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by Wix site owners and businesses. It is not intended for children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date.
