These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Form2Traffic (the "App"), provided by Graphic2Traffic ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

What the App Does

The App sends Wix form submission alerts to a WhatsApp number configured and verified by the Wix site owner.

The App is designed for Wix site owners who want to receive form submission notifications through WhatsApp.

Accounts and Configuration

To use the App, you must:

• Have a Wix site with Wix forms.

• Install the App on your Wix site.

• Enter and verify a valid WhatsApp number in international format.

• Make sure the WhatsApp recipient is authorized to receive form submission alerts.

You are responsible for keeping your site, Wix account, and WhatsApp setup accurate and secure.

Third-Party Services

The App depends on Wix services and the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, limits, policy changes, account restrictions, template approval decisions, delivery failures, or pricing changes caused by Wix, Meta, WhatsApp, Render, or other third-party providers.

WhatsApp message delivery is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform rules, limits, templates, policies, and fees.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Provide accurate configuration information.

• Comply with all privacy, marketing, messaging, anti-spam, and data protection laws that apply to your site and visitors.

• Provide appropriate notices and obtain any required consent from site visitors.

• Not use the App to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized messages.

• Not attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or platform policies.

Form Submission Data

The App processes Wix form submission data in order to send WhatsApp alerts. File upload and attachment fields are not included in WhatsApp alerts.

You are responsible for deciding what information your Wix forms collect and whether that information is appropriate to send through WhatsApp.

Do not use the App to transmit sensitive personal information unless you have confirmed that doing so is lawful and appropriate for your use case.

Availability

We aim to keep the App available and working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party service outages, platform changes, or other events outside our control.

Fees

The App may be offered as a free or paid service. If distributed as a paid Wix App Market app, purchases and plan access should be handled through the Wix Billing System where required by Wix. WhatsApp, Wix, Meta, hosting, or other third-party services may charge separate fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees related to your use of the App.

Support

Support is provided through the contact details listed below. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests, but we do not guarantee a specific response time unless separately agreed.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, text, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may use the App only as permitted by these Terms and the applicable Wix App Market terms.

No Affiliation

The App is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Wix, Meta, or WhatsApp. Wix, Meta, and WhatsApp are trademarks of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the App in the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if no amount was paid.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms.

• Your use creates legal, security, operational, or platform compliance risk.

• A third-party provider requires us to do so.

• The App is discontinued.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date.
