Wix Studio App: Setting and Managing Your Business Site
Set your Wix business site in the Studio app so you can manage it separately from your client sites. For example, you can showcase your own business or agency portfolio to keep track of all important site activity and information in one place.
Once you set your business site, a shortcut widget gets added to the home screen of your app. From there, you can access your contact list, keep in touch with clients and reach out to new leads. You can also make sure you never miss a message in your business inbox.
Note:
Currently, managing your business site is only available on the Wix Studio app.
Setting your business site
Select your business site and set it to your home screen. You can add a business site to each of the workspaces you own, providing effortless access whenever you need it.
To set your business site:
Go to your relevant workspace in the Studio app.
Tap Account
at the bottom.
Tap Set Site next to Your business website.
Tap the relevant site or enter the name of the site in the search bar.
Tap Set Site.
Tap Got it.
Managing your business site
Easily manage your business operations directly from your home screen. You can perform various actions such as managing your apps, invoices, and analytics.
Additionally, you can invite collaborators to help grow your business and manage communication with your clients.
To manage your business site:
Go to your relevant workspace in the Studio app.
Tap Home
at the bottom.
Tap the site name under Your business website.
Choose how you want to manage your site:
Manage site
Keep clients up-to-date with your products and services. When managing your site, you can choose the right tools to suite your needs.
Tap Manage site.
Manage your business site with the following options:
Manage apps: Add new apps to your business site to encourage people to interact with your business.
Get Paid: Set up pricing plans and manage invoices.
Analytics & Reports: Track your site's data and business activity.
Marketing: Get a dedicated business phone number, customize push notifications, and increase your site's discoverability.
Clients & Contacts: Manage your contact list, existing clients and new leads.
Settings: Access your sites' photos, edit your business info and decide how people can join your business site.
Invite collaborators
Invite people to collaborate on your site and assign them roles so they can help you manage your business.
Tap Invite collaborators.
Tap + Invite Others.
Enter the email address of the person you're inviting.
Select the checkbox next to the relevant role under Choose Roles.
Tip: Create a custom role on your desktop for your collaborators.
Tap Send.
Change business site
If you build a new site for your business, you can change the site you have set in your workspace.
Note: You can only access Wix sites in the Studio app.
Tap Change business site.
Tap the relevant site or enter the name of the site in the search bar.
Tap Set Site.
Tap Got it.

How do I manage my contacts and inbox for my business site?
Go to your relevant workspace in the Studio app.
Tap Home
at the bottom.
Choose what you want to manage:
Contacts: Tap All contacts under Your business website.
Messages: Tap Inbox
at the top right. Choose your preferred communication method to stay on top of your messages from your business site's inbox.
Can I remove my business site from the Studio app?
Yes.
Tap Account
at the bottom.
Tap the More Actions icon
next to Your business website.
Tap Remove business site and then Remove to confirm.
Tip: Once you remove your site, you can still access it from the All Sites list on the Sites
tab.
