Wix Studio App: Managing Your Wix Marketplace Projects
With the Studio mobile app, Wix Partners can efficiently manage Wix Marketplace projects and leads on the go. Get notified about new leads, oversee all your Marketplace projects, update project statuses, communicate with clients, issue invoices for completed projects, customize your availability for new projects, and much more.
Managing your Wix Marketplace project requests
The Home tab in the Wix Studio app provides a snapshot of new Wix Marketplace project requests from potential leads. It displays the project request topic, the contact name, and the number of days left until the lead expires. Tap on a project request to contact the lead and update the project request status.
Tip:
Long-press the contact details to copy the email or phone number to your clipboard. You can also tap the Message icon
to send an email reply directly from the app.
Managing your Wix Marketplace projects
The Home tab of the Wix Studio app displays your most recent Marketplace projects along with their statuses. Tap View All Projects to see all of your Wix Marketplace projects. Filter your projects by status or search for a specific project by client name. Tap on a project to contact the client or update its status. You can also mark a project as complete, enter the details, and submit it to receive credit for its completion.
Managing your Wix Marketplace contacts
The Home tab in the Wix Studio app provides a convenient shortcut to access your Wix Marketplace contacts. Tap the Marketplace contacts shortcut to view and interact with your contacts. From there, you can filter the list, search for specific clients, reach out to them directly, add notes or tasks, edit their details, and more.

Can I change my availability for Marketplace projects requests in the app?
Yes. As a Partner in the Wix Marketplace, setting your availability is crucial to avoid receiving project requests or leads when you're unavailable. Failure to respond to requests within 3 days may impact your ranking in the Wix Marketplace. Make sure to adjust your availability before going on vacation or taking a break.
To set your availability to receive project requests:
Go to the relevant workspace in the Wix Studio app.
Tap View All Projects under Marketplace projects.
Tap Available at the top left top to enable or disable the toggle:
Available: Clients can find your profile in the Wix Marketplace to send you project requests, and Wix can send you leads.
Unavailable: Your profile is hidden from the Wix Marketplace, and you cannot receive project requests from clients or leads from Wix.
Tap Save.
Can I send an invoice to a client?
Yes. You can view and manage all your Wix Marketplace invoices, filter them by status, get a snapshot of the total paid, total sent, and total overdue. You can also create a new invoice and share it with a client. Scroll down to Shortcuts and tap Marketplace invoices.
