FAQs
Click a question to learn more about analytics in the Wix Studio enterprise solution.
Why do I see discrepancies in data between the enterprise dashboard and site-level analytics?
The data in Wix Studio's enterprise solution is aggregated in real time based on the browser's time zone, while site-level analytics are aggregated based on the site's time zone. As a result of this difference, you may notice minor discrepancies in the data.
Why do I see discrepancies in sales between the enterprise dashboard and site-level analytics?
The enterprise dashboard shows sales in their original currencies, while site-level analytics convert all sales to the site's currency.
If a site has sales in multiple currencies, the enterprise dashboard will show data for each currency and site-level analytics will show data in the site's selected currency only.
What data can I see if my sites don't have sales data?
If your sites don't have sales data, the graph will include tabs for data on new leads and clicks-to-contact.

What happens to a site's metrics if I remove it from my Wix Studio enterprise account?
If you removed a site from your Wix Studio for enterprise account, the site's metrics are still included in the total aggregated data for the time it was active. If the site was active within the time period you select at the top of the Analytics Overview, you'll see its data.
For example, if you set the time period to 'Last 30 days' and the site you removed was active for 2 weeks out of the last 30 days, the data will include that site's metrics from those two weeks.
