Enterprise Solution: Setting Up and Managing Brand Kits

Manage shared colors and text styles across Wix Studio sites from a centralized place in your enterprise dashboard. Brand Kits let you set up your brand styles once, connect the relevant sites or templates, and apply updates when your brand changes. This helps you keep your branding consistent across different sites, while each site keeps its own layout and content.

Creating a brand kit

Create a brand kit in your enterprise dashboard, then open it in a separate editor session to set up its colors and text styles. Wix creates a hidden site for the brand kit in the background. After you save your changes, return to the Brand Kits page to connect sites and manage updates.

To create a brand kit:

  1. Go to Brand Kits in your enterprise dashboard.

  2. Click New Brand Kit.

  3. Enter your Brand Kit Name.

  4. Click Create.

  5. Click Edit in Studio Editor to start creating.

Note:

The Connect Sites button is disabled if the brand kit has unpublished changes. Apply the pending update to all connected sites first, then connect new ones.

To update connected sites:

  1. Go to Brand Kits in your enterprise dashboard.

  2. Click Manage Brand Kit on the relevant brand kit.

  3. Click Edit in Studio Editor.

  4. Click Site Styles

There are two permission levels for Brand Kits. Users with View Brand Kits can view brand kits and connect or disconnect sites. Users with Manage Brand Kits can also create, rename, and delete brand kits, edit brand styles, and push updates to connected sites. If you have neither permission, Brand Kits won't appear in your dashboard at all. Contact your account owner to update your permissions.
