Email Marketing: Managing Your Sender Details
Manage the sender details of your campaigns so the name they show as sent from and the reply to email address is correct. Updating these details saves them for all future email marketing campaigns and Wix Automations emails.
Important
If changes were made to your default sender details before a scheduled campaign is sent, the scheduled campaign will inherit those updated details. It will not keep the sender details set before the change.

FAQs
Click a question below to learn more about changing the sender details of your campaigns.
Why haven't I received my code to confirm my email address?
Please check the following, if you have not yet received your confirmation code:
Make sure you have entered your email address correctly.
Check if the email with the code is in your spam folder.
Try sending the verification email again.
Why can't I delete my default sender?
A sender cannot be deleted when they are the default. You must make another sender the default before you can delete a sender.
I'm noticing an increase in my spam rate since changing my sender details. What might be the reason for this?
An increase in spam rate could be due to you sending from certain public email domains. Because of the adoption of the DMARC policy by some public domain email providers (e.g. @yahoo, @aol), campaigns sent from these providers have a high chance of being rejected by the recipient's email host.
If you use an email address from an email provider that has adopted the DMARC policy, your campaigns are sent from our authenticated email addresses. Replies are still sent to the Reply-to email address you entered.
Why is my sender name not appearing correctly when recipients get my emails?
If your sender name looks different when your contacts receive your emails, it is usually because of how your contact information is saved on their device. Their inbox shows the name they have saved for you, which can override the sender name you set in your campaign. This is determined by each recipient’s contact settings and can’t be changed through Wix.
Tip: If you want to check how your sender name appears to others, try sending yourself a test email and view it on a device where your contact is not already saved under a different name.
Can I edit or change the profile icon that appears in my recipients' inbox from my email campaign?
No, it is not possible to change the profile icon for email campaigns.
