Form Fields Shown in Multiple Languages (Includes Workaround)

We're aware of the issue and are currently gathering more information regarding this matter.

Meanwhile, please use the following workaround:

1. Select the field that is displayed in different language in the Editor and click on the Settings icon.

2. Type in the correct field title in the line 'Name this field in submissions'.

3. Republish the site.
