The Insights page in your Wix Legends workspace helps you monitor visitor interactions, spot trends, and understand how people are engaging with your Legend. Use this data to learn what’s working and make improvements over time .

Use the drop-down at the top to switch between time periods (last 7 days, current month, or current year).

Legend overview

At the top of the Insights page, the Legend overview summarizes your stats for the selected time period. These metrics help you measure the reach and engagement of your twin at a glance:

• Active visitors: The total number of individuals who have connected with your Legend.

• Total messages: The total number of messages sent to your Legend.

• Voice calls: The total number of calls made with your Legend.

• Video calls: The total number of video calls made to your Legend.

Daily active visitors

The Daily active visitors graph shows you how many people interact with your Legend each day. Spot which days bring in the most engagement, identify spikes or quiet periods, and track trends.

Use this information to adjust your marketing or content strategy, or any promotional efforts to share your Legend.

Visitor intent breakdown

See what your visitors are looking for when they interact with your Legend. The total number of messages for the selected time period are sorted into categories based on conversation intent, such as 'seeking advice' or 'product inquiry'.

This breakdown can help you learn what your visitors are curious about and what needs they have that drive engagement.

Discover trending topics and common questions asked in conversations with your Legend. AI extracts popular subjects, so you can learn what resonates with your visitors or spot emerging trends. Use these insights to improve your Legend's knowledge.
