Wix Legends: About Credits
Credits give you a set amount of call time with your Legend each month. Visitors use your credits when they talk to your Legend on a video or voice call, and you use credits when you create an additional custom avatar.
While Wix Legends is designed to deliver the best possible results, outcomes may vary, and we can't guarantee AI-generated outputs will meet a specific level of quality, accuracy, or relevance. For more information and other terms that apply to AI Services, review the full Wix Terms of Service.
Understanding your credits
When you purchase a Wix Legends plan, you automatically receive credits. These credits refresh every month based on your plan's purchase date, and any unused credits from the previous month expire at that time.
Your Wix Legends credits can only be used within Wix Legends. You cannot use credits from your Wix Legends plan with other Wix AI products. Wix Premium, Wixel, and Symphony plans include their own AI credit allowances which are used for those products.
Important:
When you buy credits through a Wix Legends paid plan, you are entitled to use those credits for certain designated AI features. Credits are not a digital currency, security, commodity, or any other kind of financial instrument and are not redeemable for any cash value. Credits are only redeemable for the specified AI features across the Wix ecosystem.
Wix reserves the right at any time to change the credit cost, the number of credits required for using AI features, and the AI tools that use credits.
Using your credits
Chatting in the Wix Legends workspace with Atlas is free. Video and voice calls with your Legend use credits based on connected call time. Credits are also used to create each additional custom avatar, beyond the first one included with your paid plan.
Examples of actions that use credits:
Video calls: About 20 credits are used per connected minute.
Voice calls: About 10 credits are used per connected minute.
Additional custom avatars: 400 credits are used to generate each additional custom avatar. Your first custom avatar is included with your paid plan.

Checking your credit balance
Check your balance to see how many credits you have left, how much call time it covers, and how your credits were used in this billing cycle.
To check your credit balance:
Desktop browser
Click Settings on the left.
Click Plan & billing.
Click View Usage.
Review your credit details:
Credits left: The credits remaining in your current billing cycle.
Credits used: How many of your monthly credits you have used so far.
Estimated call time left: How many video and voice minutes your remaining credits cover.
How your credits were used: A breakdown of this billing cycle by video calls, voice calls, and avatar creation.
Mobile browser
Swipe left on the menu at the top and tap Settings.
Tap Plan & billing.
Tap View usage.
Renewing your credits
Your credits automatically reset each month, and your account is topped up with the number of credits included in your plan. Unused monthly credits don't roll over to the next cycle.
Top-up credits work differently. They stay available for 24 months, remain in your account if you change plan, and they are only drawn on once your monthly credits are used up. You can add credits on any paid plan.

What happens when my credits run out?
Any active call with your Legend pauses, and visitors can't start new video or voice calls. If you're on a paid plan, you still have unlimited chat, so visitors can continue messaging your Legend.
To keep the Legend available for calls, you can add top-up credits or change to a plan with more monthly credits.
What happens to my credits when I change plan?
You can change your plan to a higher or lower tier at any time. When changing to a higher tier plan, your upgrade takes effect immediately. Any monthly credits you have left carry over and the full credit allowance from your new plan is added on top. Your upgrade starts a new billing cycle, so the day you upgrade becomes your new renewal date. Your top-up credits stay separate and unchanged.
When changing to a lower tier plan, your plan will change at the end of the billing period. You continue to enjoy the benefits of your existing plan until then, and can use any remaining credits you have. On the renewal date, you receive your updated credit balance for your new plan.
Note: You can still use any remaining top-up credits after your paid plan expires, but you won’t be able to purchase new top-up credits unless you have an active paid plan.
Can I get my credits back if I'm not satisfied with the outcome?
No. Once credits are used for a call or to generate a custom avatar, they cannot be returned, even if the result does not match your expectations.
We recommend testing your Legend before sharing it with visitors to ensure the interaction quality meets your expectations.

Can I use AI credits from other Wix products in Wix Legends?
No. Wix Legends uses its own credits system, which are included in your Wix Legends plan. Credits purchased with the Wix Legends plan are separate and can only be used for Wix Legends.
Different Wix AI products have their own plans, and each plan includes its own credits:
Wix AI credits: Included with your Wix Premium plan. They are used for Wix AI tools such as Wix Smart Chat, Wix AI assistants, and Wixel.
Wixel AI credits: Included with your Wixel plan. They are used for Wixel and on Wix sites.
Symphony AI credits: Included with your Symphony plan. They are used for your AI agents in Symphony.
How can I control credit usage?
Credits are used for connected call time. To control how quickly you use them up, cap how long calls run and how many calls visitors can make each day. Learn how to manage your conversation settings.
What other important information do I need to know?
You have no right or title in credits except as expressly stated by Wix.
You may not sell or transfer credits to another user or account.
