Wix Automations: Adding Multiple Paths and Actions
Your automations aren't limited to a single path or action. You can have multiple actions happening at the same time, splitting the automation into paths. You can also have multiple actions within a path happening one after the other.
For example, create a multi-action automation that welcomes members logging in to your site with a chat message (action 1) and then sends a follow-up email a few days later (action 2). You can split this automation into multiple paths if you want more actions to happen simultaneously. (e.g. Add loyalty points, or add them as a contact)

FAQs

What happens when if add more actions to an existing automation?
If you add new actions to existing automations, these actions will only apply to instances triggered after you save your changes. For every instance that has already triggered (e.g. form submitted), these new actions will not be performed.
I can't see the option to add a split anymore, why did it disappear?
Automations can include up to 10 splits and each can have 10 parallel paths. After adding the 10th split or parallel path, the split option will disappear.
Can I reorder the steps in my automation?
Yes, you can reorder the steps in your automation using drag and drop.
However, the trigger must always be the first step in your automation. This means you can't move the trigger or place any other step before the trigger.

Can I merge paths together?
No. It is not possible to merge the data from one path to another path.
Can I share data between different paths?
No. Each path holds only the data available from the steps directly above it. Data doesn’t flow between parallel paths.
