Business Phone Number: Viewing Your Blocked Numbers List

Your blocked numbers list keeps track of every number you've blocked from your Inbox. Once a number is blocked, the contact can't reach you by call or text message. If you change your mind you can unblock a number to remove it from the list.

Important:

Blocking a number is only available if you have purchased a Business Phone Number. If you do not have a Business Phone Number, you can still report a message as spam.

To view your blocked numbers list:

Dashboard

1. Go to Business Phone Number in your site's dashboard.

2. Click the General tab.

3. Scroll down to Blocked Numbers and click View Numbers to see a list of all your blocked numbers.

1. (Optional) Unblock a number:

   1. Hover over a number in the list and click Unblock.

   2. Click Unblock to confirm.

Wix app

1. Go to your site in the Wix app.

2. Tap Manage

   

   at the bottom.

3. Tap Marketing and select Business Phone Number.

4. Tap Blocked Numbers in Line Settings to see a list of your blocked numbers.

5. (Optional) Unblock a number:

   1. Tap the More Actions icon

      

      next to a number.

   2. Tap Unblock.

Note:

To add a number to your blocked list, go to your Inbox and block the number from there.
