Wix Loyalty Program: Upgrading Your Site
Upgrade your site to launch your loyalty program. While you can set up your program for free, you need to upgrade for customers to start using your loyalty program. Customers who join your program earn loyalty points and get rewards (e.g. coupons) by taking various actions on your site.
Before you begin:
If you have not already done so, add Loyalty Program to your site for free.
Wix Loyalty Program is currently available for Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Restaurants, Wix Pricing Plans, Wix Events, and Wix Online Programs.
Upgrading your site
You can conveniently upgrade your site either from your site's dashboard or directly from the Wix app (on Android).
Important:
Make sure to choose a plan that includes the ability to accept payments.
Dashboard
Go to your site's dashboard.
Click Loyalty Program under Customers & Leads.
Click Upgrade at the top right.
Click Select under the plan that suits your needs.
Select the relevant billing cycle then click Continue to Checkout.
Enter your payment details.
Click Submit Purchase.
Wix app
Note:
You can upgrade your site directly from the app on Android. If you have an iOS device, you need to upgrade your site from your site's dashboard, whether it's from desktop or from mobile browser.
Go to your site in the Wix app.
Tap Manage
at the bottom.
Tap Upgrade.
Tap Select under the plan that suits your needs.
Tap the relevant billing cycle then tap Select at the bottom.
Enter your payment details.
Tap Submit Purchase.
Important:
After submitting your purchase, your bank may require you to verify your identity. If you're experiencing any issues with the authentication process, contact your bank directly.

What are the benefits of upgrading?
Upgrading your site allows you the option to launch the Wix Loyalty Program and offer a way to reward customer loyalty. Customers can redeem loyalty points directly from check-out (for Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, and Wix Restaurants (New)).
In addition to improving customer retention, you can customize your points and rewards system to tailor the program to align with your business goals.
What happens when my premium plan expires?
Once your premium plan expires, your loyalty program will no longer be available for your site customers. All automated emails that you had enabled for the loyalty program will no longer be sent to your site customers.
If you're showing loyalty programs on your site, customers would see the message "Loyalty Program is not available".
If your plan also included the Loyalty tiers and point expiration features, they will be disabled when the plan expires. If you re-activate a premium plan, you will need to set up those features again.
Do the Business VIP and Business Unlimited plans include the Loyalty program?
Yes, these plans include the Loyalty Program.
