Wix Loyalty Program: Giving Loyalty Points on Customers' Birthdays
The Wix Loyalty Program allows you to automatically award loyalty points to your customers on their birthdays. This is a great way to show your appreciation and encourage repeat business.
Customize the number of points customers receive and choose to send them an email notifying them of their birthday points. Also, when a site customer is logged in, they can edit their birthdate on your Loyalty program page to ensure they get the points on the right day.

A customer changed their birthdate but didn't get any loyalty points. Why is that?
Birthday points are awarded once per year. If a customer already received points this year and changes their birthdate, they won't receive points on that date this year. They'll receive points the following year for the new date.
For example, a customer has their birthdate set to October 1st and receives loyalty points on that day. Then they change their birthdate to November 1st. They won't get extra points on November 1st that year, they'll only get points on November 1st the following year.
